About Dirt.smp

A Minecraft server where players play characters: they build, trade, form nations and sometimes go to war. When a character "dies for good", the player carries on as that character's heir. All of this happens to the fictional characters, and never touches the player's account or purchases.

Who gets in

Everyone applies, and a person reads every application before anyone can play. Applying needs a Discord account, and Discord has its own minimum age — 13 in most countries, higher in some. We don't ask for anything we don't need, and age is optional.

Chat and voice

• The rules apply everywhere: in the game, in Discord, and in voice.
• Staff moderate chat, and Discord's automatic moderation filters messages in our Discord server.
• Voice chat happens in Discord, and only when a player chooses to join it.
• Anyone can report a problem privately to staff through a support ticket.

Money

Playing is free. Nothing is sold on the server today. If that changes, every price will be listed publicly before anyone is asked to pay, nothing sold will give a player an advantage over others, and nothing will be sold by chance (no paid mystery boxes).

Data

We keep what running the server needs, and nothing for advertising. The privacy page lists exactly what, why and for how long. You can ask us to review or delete your child's data.

Talking to a person

A contact email will be listed here. Until then, a player can open a support ticket in our Discord.
