The world right now
Who plays here
Dirt.smp is in beta, and small on purpose — everyone here was let in one application at a time. This is what the world looks like today.

The nations that stand
None yet. Any three characters can found one by drafting a charter and claiming a contiguous block of land — the first is still to come, and whoever files it writes the first page of the map.
Lately
Nothing has been written down yet. When something happens — a war, a beta wave, a patch — it lands in the announcements and the changelog, and shows up here.
Getting in
Everyone here applied. It is a short written application — who your character is, and what you want to do in the world — read by a person, not a bot, and answered either way.
